Sara Gail is a Registered Dietitian (RD) , a South Carolina State Licensed Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) and a Certified LEAP Therapist, who offers nutrition counseling and consulting services in Charleston, SC. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics from The University of Alabama. She completed her dietetic internship at Roper St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, SC. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston. Sara used to be a fifth grade teacher before having her two children. As her children grew older, she decided to go back to school to pursue her degree in dietetics. Sara also owns her own business, Island Kombucha. She makes and sells her homemade products including: kombucha, elderberry syrup, and essential oil soaps.
