  • $125 initial consultation (90 minutes)
  • $100  follow-up appointment (60 minutes)
  • $75 virtual consultation (60 minutes)
  • $40 virtual consultation (30 minutes)

* Individual and Family counseling sessions include biometric screening at no additional charge.  Biometric screening measures: height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, body fat %, skeletal muscle %, and visceral fat risk score.

  • $150 initial consultation (90 minutes)
  • $120  follow-up appointment (60 minutes)
  • $75 phone consultation (60 minutes)

  • $100 per hour (average makeover is 1-2 hours)

  • 30-minute phone consult – $40
  • MRT Food Sensitivity Package A (test and 1 follow-up appointment)
  • MRT Food Sensitivity Package B (test and 2 follow-up appointments)

  • $75 for 1 hour tour

  • $100 per hour (average class is 1-2 hours)

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.  If 24 hours prior notice is not provide, a $75 cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding.

Forms of payment accepted: Cash, check, or credit card

Sara Gail Nutrition does not accept insurance. Unfortunately, insurance itself is a full time job and in order to devote my time and attention to each client, I do not bill insurance.  However, if you would like to use your insurance, I can provide you with a “super bill” with all of the necessary documentation and codes to file your own claims to your insurance company. Many insurance plans will reimburse for nutrition consults provided by a registered dietitian. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of the appointment.
